Play has taken a backseat to academics and test scores in the elementary school setting. The Therapeutic Powers of Play are crucial in the success of children’s education. In this webinar, school-based play therapists will learn how to gain play therapy buy-in within the school system. Clinicians will discuss key play therapy seminal theories, including Adlerian, to engage teachers in play therapy. Participants will also practice play-based interventions to support students in the classroom setting when providing push-in services.
