With the political views and policies placed within the few years targeting the immigrant populations, there is a need for play therapists to recognize the unique needs of Latine children who have immigrated to the United States. As cultural inclusivity is a core component that play therapists follow, this webinar will provide a foundation of how to support newly arrived Latine children in play therapy. Attendees will explore important cultural factors in supporting Latine children who have immigrated to the United States along with fun play therapy interventions to integrate in individual, family, and group play therapy.
